Transport and delivery conditions – checklist for a smooth process
Access
Please check that the access road is wide and high enough. Our specialized vehicles, especially side loaders, require plenty of space – also for emergency exits.
Firm ground
For safety reasons, unpaved areas must not be driven on. The ground must support the weight of trucks and containers to prevent damage.
Shunting area
Plan for sufficient maneuvering space. At least 5 meters of clearance at the setup area is required for unloading.
Kranauslage
Our integrated cranes can reach approximately 6–7 meters from the center of the vehicle. For greater distances, we recommend additionally hiring a mobile crane.
Local contact person
Please ensure that a contact person with decision-making authority is available on site on the day of delivery.
Liability
Waiting times or failed journeys resulting from inadequate preparation will be charged according to the transport tariff.
